First round was a call with a recruiter talking through my resume and talking about who I am. The second round was two back-to-back interviews focusing more on behavioral questions and my approach to problems. The recruiter was great and was very nice but the two people I interviewed with in the second round didn't seem too interested. After the second round I never heard back about whether I did or did not receive an offer which seems unprofessional and I just wish they at least sent me something saying I didn't get the position.

The interview process is fairly easy. One introduction call and then 2 back to back 30min with manager and senior analyst. I was told in the second round that they think i'm a great candidate and it's yes from them but i didn't end up getting the offer which was very surprising.
