First round was with the Talent Acquisition. Second round was with their internal Photographer and Art Director. Super easy going conversations as they were friendly. However, I feel that their creative team is pretty small and needs to look into expanding beyond just a 3 people team.

Photoshop is their primary program, so they will ensure you are fluent through creative assignments and will be checking your working file.
