1st round was a 30 minute market sizing case, interviewer led. It was a pretty typical life sciences case that tested basic math skills and critical thinking. Interviewer asked for a final recommendation based on the market sizing and competition analysis done previously. 2nd round interview was a 30 minute scientific discussion with leadership, followed by a 30 minute behavioral with HR. the scientific discussion was a very relaxed chat gauging both culture fit and genuine interest in healthcare/life sciences. Definitely emphasize any research completed if possible. The HR behavioral was a pretty straightforward interview, probably also mostly a culture check. I received my offer 1 week after my 2nd round interview. Overall, the process was streamlined and efficient!
