8 hour job interview, you're in a room with every other applicant and also employees who answer questions about their jobs and the culture of the company, not ideal if you're introverted and are better in smaller groups

The whole process took longer than expected because after I gave availability to handle a full stack role if necessary, they understood that I wanted to be a Front-End dev (which doesn't make sense at all) so they were not going to make me an offer. After I contacted them I had to push to let them understand that my main interest is in a Back-End role.
At the end it felt a lot like they were not really interested on me but made me an offer just to fill a position, I accepted only because I was very interested in the technology used (Java and Scala) and because I felt they were quite a good team (even if a bit unprofessional).
