Phone screen for basic knowledge then in person interview. Interview involved past experience, what the job entails and how I would fit in. Not too many personal questions and none of the tricky/philosophical questions, just straight forward.

Basic interview, reviewing history of employment. They described the type of work I would do and the process to get up and running. I was given the option of what position I could take.
