I met a recruiter at my college's engineering career fair. I got called for a second interview about 1-2 week later. The interview was on-campus and lasted 30 minutes. In was a 1:1 interview with their hiring manager.

Very easy and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and walked me through the process. Asked me some easy questions and some tough questions. They gave me a tour of their office and free lunch. Overall it was such a great experience and easy process.

It was a four-hour interview process. There were a total four people that interviewed me for about 30 minutes, with breaks in between. At the end of the interviews, we visited one of their local jobsites.

I first met them at the career fair, was called immediately the next day for behavioral questions, then scheduled another interview from there, finally had a construction interview with a recruiter and was offered a week later.
