Extremely disrespectful process. Was reached out to via email about applying for clay community hiring day. Was given only 4 days to submit a creative take home project. After submitting, my project was not even viewed (no views on loom recording) and I didn’t get any emails. Had to email someone asking what was going on, 10 minutes later got a generic rejection email. Horrible process and extremely unfair and frustrating
