Entretien
Filled out an application online. Received a email from HR a few days later to setup a phone interview. The interview over the phone lasted about 10 minutes and was pretty standard phone screening interview.

Question 1
The HR person is new to Classy and asked the standard interview questions. I asked a few questions about then position and she seemed to be giving me back basic answers. They have quite of bit of sales reps already and I didn't make it to a in person interview because I was asking for to much money. Very much a startup company that has hit a plato and looking to bring in new revenue.
Screener call with recruiter, than another with manager. Three interviews with managers. Quick, informative and thorough. Felt like my time was respected and that I got all my questions answered.

Relating previous experience from past job to this position
The process was a series of virtual video interviews. First with the various sales managers, then with the director of sales, and finally with the EVP of sales. Throughout the process HR kept in touch via email and guided me on what to expect in each subsequent next step.

6 interviews. Phone interview to start then zoom calls. Good conversations nothing too hard but long decision process. Asked if I had a background on non profits or sales. Gauged my understanding of non profits.
