Process is very much transparent and on time.More than a question-answer thing it is a discussion where interviewers tries to understand the candidate's technical strong areas.
They give very helpful feedback on which things candidate needs to work and emphasize more on..overall a good discussion.
It was done all about javascript and react implementation tasks. And it covered all conceptual and coding question during interview time. I even told about my past and current working projects and development skills of mine as well.
