Paper applications (and within the company, they're known for being horribly slow with paperwork, especially in the upstairs office) so naturally the process was slow. Interviewed with John Berry. He was out of the office at the time we had specified for my interview, and arrived over 15 minutes late, so that sucked. I was called into his office, asked some simple questions, then sent me upstairs to fill out HR papers. They then sent me out for a drug test, and then they conducted a background check. If you plan on driving vehicles there, make sure you have a clean driving record. If you don't, be up front with them about it.
