Had an initial email that led to a phone screen. I was told I would be invited to schedule an onsite interview. This email came very quickly, but after putting in my availability, I never heard back. I followed back up and was told that the interview could now be virtual or onsite, at my preference. I said virtual was my preference, but was never scheduled for the interview.
Then I received an auto-generated email saying that they were passing on me as a candidate. So confused, and really unprofession.
