30 min hiring manager about interest in role
1 hour panel with cross-functional leads about collaboration
30 min C-Suite to align on role and expectations
Surprising and missed the point. I met with 4 people before being given a surprise 30 min exercise that seemed superficial injected and was out of place. Maybe it made sense from their perspective but I had more experience than my interviewer and it seemed misplaced to me.
