Pre-interview phone call; Interview with Director of Nursing Services consisted of a short inquiry regarding why I wanted to work at that facility and what I expected the job might be. A 1:1 interveiw with the Director of Nursing Services started with a review of the Job description and responsibilites. I was asked several pertinent questions regarding work experience, ability to work with diverse individuals, and ended with a tour of the facility and introduction to several nurses and residents.
