Interview with location Partner(s) first, then move on to nation wide group with other partners and associates if available. It was like 3 rounds to meet with everyone, including managing parter in Chicago office.

Interview process was a 30 minute interview with the head of the practice group then 2 back to back 30 minute interviews with an associate/senior associate and the business manager.

Several interviews with practice group chairs and local office partners. Submission of a cover letter, transcript, but no referrals for recommendations or similar issues. Interviews were in person at the office over one long day.
