The initial interview process was quite frustrating, as it was rescheduled four different times by the HRBP. When the interview finally happened, it went okay overall, but it became clear they were looking for someone with experience across every aspect of HR. Unfortunately, that wasn’t a perfect fit with my background, and I was not selected for the role.
