first met representatives at a career fair that was held by my university. then got a interview with the person met at the carer fair and another person from human resources. they asked me the most basic interview questions, was very fluid, like a long conversation. very friendly and understanding.

After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.
