Entretien
I first had a video interview that had basic questions. After, I was invited to the corporate office for a day of interviewing where I toured to a job site in DC, had lunch with Clark employees, and then had four one-on-one interviews. It was a long day but meeting everyone at Clark really sold me on the company.

Why construction? Why Clark? Describe a team where you were a leader. How would you handle a time when a subcontractor was being difficult? Describe a time when you had a difficult team member and how did you handle them.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

2 phone screening calls then an in person 3 interview super day at the Mclean office. In person days are over a 2 month period and they help you with travel and other logistics.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
