I first had a fit interview with HR. She was amazing and overall great interview. Last interview was a case study applied to the company's industry. It was hard but reasonable (consulting style).

I really appreciated the interview process. It was well-structured and aligned closely with the actual tasks of the role, which made sense. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely nice and took the time to ensure I fully understood what the job entailed, which I valued. While it was a bit lengthy, overall it was a positive experience that gave me a clear picture of the position and the team.
