I was interviewed for the client called G4S and it was really bad experience from the Claritus side.Before the interview process I have told to HR that i'm serving notice period out of which 2 months are left.They agreed and conducted my interview.After all the round got cleared they stated negotiating with me regarding notice period and asked me to join in 1 month.I clearly said its not possible and i have told you earlier too before the interview process.After that they agreed and told me that they are releasing the offer letter which they never did. Actually they started parrelly looking for candidate which can join immediately.When they didn't get any candidate they again reached out to me to join the company after 15 days and said they will release the offer.Again they didn't release the offer. So next time again they called me after 2 months when was my last day in current company if i can join tomorrow and they were ready to release the offer.So basically they treat you like that you are in "Sabzi mandi". You should never trust this company as they never fulfill what they say.They are here only to get commision out of what client pays them.and if any caldidate is counting on them for job they should not as they keep on looking of someone to whom they have to pay less and join immediately. Regading interview It was 3 rounds and three were technical round conducted by G4S.all round was fairly moderate round and last round by QA lead was on bit tougher side..
