Only one round of interview with the hiring manager. The questions asked were related to the experience in polymer and lab testings for example your expertise in ftir, DSC, tga. It was a quite easy process.

Expertise in polymer especially in material characterization.
Professional and direct, always stop and seek questions before moving on. Make the interviewee more comfortable. More of a chat with chance to know one better. Lastly always remind to think carefully before next steps.
Strukturiert und freundliches Gespräch mit hohen Anteil an fachlich anspruchsvollen Fachfragen. Potentielle Kollegen waren anwesend. Beteiligten sich direkt an Gespräch und konnten daher direkt kennen gelernt werden. Es wurde auch viel Wert auf Persönlichkeit gelegt.
