The first round which was purely high level design was good .The interviewer seemed matured enough . The second round was a machine coding round . The way in which the interview went I felt he was under qualified to take the interview. He did not have good enough communication skills . Just wanted to showoff by interrupting throught out. If your experienced don't give interview here ,it's utter waste of time . Don't go by the company ratings ,you can make out the culture of a team or company just by their interview process .

CoderPad - one task to parse API response. I must say that was weird interview. API endpoint to call returned data of employees. Looks as it was prepared in rush as some of data has completely different structure and type. Some employees id were as string, the others were integer. In the real world you would never call API endpoint like this. I correctly solved the tasks and answered to questions. The guy who lead this interview wanted me to focus on to properly print the result on stdout. For me he should focus on complexity, data structures or the result itself not the string on the output. Fortunately, they decided to not to continue the recruitment process. No valuable feedback received. Never seen such a amateur coding exercise.
