Haven't had the in person interview yet but the test you are required to take before even possibly getting a real interview is just ridiculous to be completely honest. Too long and unrelated to the position lol. I'm currently an underwriting assistant for another much larger company but I have really wanted to work remotely for the longest time and saw an opportunity and applied. After now looking at the reviews here I will for sure be canceling my scheduled interview. Not a good look...
