I was referred by a friend to the manager of the unit where I was considered. I did not expect that I will be called. The hiring process was long and consisted of a lot steps. I was interviewed after I passed a series of long tests - IQ and personality tests. During the first interview, I was asked what I liked the most in the previous jobs I've been in. I was also asked about the most difficult experience I had in my previous job.
