Interviewed with the development manager for what was supposed to be a VB.NET Developer position. Early in the interview he revealed there would be little, if any, VB.NET development. Instead, he said the job would be all T-SQL. I have no interest in doing T-SQL all day, every day. Honestly, why would you advertise for one thing, when you need another? That just wastes everyone's time. Here's some advice. If you need a paramedic, don't advertise for a doctor.
