I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others.
I was genuinely excited about this opportunity and took the interview process seriously. Unfortunately, my conversation with the CEO was one of the most uncomfortable professional experiences I’ve had. He came across as blunt to the point of being rude — dismissive, impatient, and lacking any semblance of emotional intelligence or basic courtesy.
Even after I mentioned that I was a new mom, hoping for some empathy or basic human acknowledgment, he continued to make the conversation unnecessarily hostile and cold. There was no attempt to build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, or create a respectful dialogue. Instead, it felt like I was being interrogated by someone who saw no value in mutual respect or decency.
I withdrew from the process immediately after. A toxic leadership culture usually starts at the top — and based on this experience, I’d caution others to think twice.
