I had to follow up multiple times with the interviewer to schedule the 2nd round after being told he would contact me in a few days which did not happen. I ended up following up 4 times by email, and my 2nd round was scheduled after over a month. Sadly, I was not selected even though I felt I had a good interview with the panels (there were 4)

Lots of big ideals, corpo nonsense. But without the follow-through. It's becoming more and more commonplace for employers to ghost applicants even after multiple interviews.. these guys are bad for it.
