I replied to a job posting I had seen for CityBlast, described myself and my experience, and I was then contacted about a day later by email to discuss the possibility of interviewing for the position. We exchanged a few emails, setup a date, and from there the interview was scheduled.
The interview took place over Skype, and was very casual, but very in depth. The interviewer, Mike G., did a great job at making me feel comfortable and asked several excellent questions. We spoke for about 30 minutes, our transcript was then forwarded to the CEO for a final decision.
About 2-3 days later I heard back from the CEO, who offered me the position, and we setup a time to speak details on Skype. After explaining to me the details about salary, expectations, vaction time, and so on, we setup a day for me to start, and the rest is history.
