You apply online and you will receive call and then an email confirmation with a interview time The interview process was very easy, basic childcare questions. 1-2 people are in the interview room with you asking questions. You interview at the Decatur Recreation Center upstairs in the office part.

I applied online (very long process because they want a lot of detail about previous jobs). I was sent an email from someone in HR about coming in for a face-to-face interview. The interview was held in the City of Decatur Recreation Center (upstairs in an office). The person in HR and an already employed member asked questions from a packet pertaining to personality, interest, background, and skills. There were also critical thinking questions and scenarios but they were not at all hard. As you answer, they both will write down your answers. The interview lasted roughly 45 minutes. After the questionnaire, you are given a very informative paper about hours, pay rate, assigned locations, leave, & requirements. Also be prepared to have 3 references!
