The interview process at City Furniture was very pleasant. You will first be screened by a recruiter or talent agent, which helps identify whether or not the role will be right for you. I then went on to participate in 3 other Zoom interviews where I discussed past experiences in similar roles, as well as the finer details of the role for which I applied. However, after completing multiple interviews the position was put on a hiring hold, which was disappointing considering the time interviewees invested in the process.
