Very laid back and personal. Shanna McClure was my interviewer and she was very nice. She no longer works for the company. She made me feel very comfortable. It was 1:1 in an office. It is now 2:1 and I'm not sure how comfortable it is now. After my interview, I emailed Shanna to let her know how much I appreciated her taking time out of her day to interview me.
