I had my first interview via phone with the HR Director and the interview lasted for 20 minutes. The interview felt more of a conversation than an interview. The HR Director was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a second interview with the bank manager and DM, although I was nervous they made me feel comfortable. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and I came out of the meeting knowing a lot about the banking industry. Two weeks later I received an email saying I was hired and my offer letter was attached. I'm excited to start a new career at citizens bank.
