Telephone Interview initally and then panel interview followed by questions about your experiences from highschool, college and each of the jobs previoiusly worked. For each you are asked to provide feedback about positive and negative experiences.

Two interviews were conducted. The first was a phone interview followed by a second in depth interview that included two to three people. There is usually a lag time between the second interview and when a decision is made on the position.

During each stage of the interview process, the requirements of the position were described and I was asked to describe my applicable knowledge, skills, and abilities. In each stages of the interview, I was offered the candid impressions of the interviewer, and afterward, asked whether I felt I would be a fit. Excellent give-and-take allowed me to make a career move vs. merely a job change.
