Initially scheduled one interview round and attended 2 back to back backend interview which was mostly on Spring MVC , Java 8 features and codes on Java 8. It also consist of 1 Managerial round where the Manager asked about daily day to day work and also briefed me about project and company. After that 2 weeks passed and coukdnt get any update.. As i was already holding a much better offer so didn’t bother for that. Few days back they told they asked me for one more managerial round. I attended that in Whitefield location. Issue was he was non technical and asked me to write two codes. After writing that he told that the work will be in support role! I declined the offer on his face.

Interview Experience Overview: I recently went through a three-round interview process, which included: Technical Round – A detailed 45-minute technical discussion, which I cleared successfully. Technical + Management Round – Unfortunately, this round was disappointing. Despite having a fair conversation and answering the questions well, my candidature was dropped after just 2-3 questions by an interviewer with 15 years of experience, who lacked professionalism. HR Round – Did not reach this stage due to the unfair rejection in Round 2. Final Thoughts: Even if you clear the first technical round, the selection process in the second round seems arbitrary, making it feel like a waste of time. If decisions are made based on just a couple of questions, the purpose of having a detailed technical round beforehand becomes questionable. I would not recommend interviewing with this company.
