As indicated by the previous reviewer, the process was intricate and convoluted. Initially, a text was received requesting my email address to link me to a webinar, however, the date of the webinar was not specified, only the times were provided. Consequently, I had to rearrange my schedule as the webinar was scheduled for the only day I was at work. It would have been advantageous if the date of the webinar had been explicitly stated to enhance the smoothness of the process. Subsequently, I was extended an invitation to participate in a company presentation during a webinar, followed by a questionnaire for the second stage of the selection process. The second stage comprised six individuals, with half of the participants proceeding to the final stage. It is noteworthy to mention that during the entirety of the interview process, there was no opportunity to discuss our personal qualities. Instead, the focus was solely on assessing our knowledge of the company. During the second stage, it was communicated that a text would be received the following day at precisely 8:00 am to schedule a video call during the same morning. However, I did not receive any message and consequently had to request an update from HR via email. Subsequently, I received a phone call from an individual who merely informed me that a call would be made at 8:30 am the next day, without the previously scheduled video interview. Unfortunately, the scheduled call did not transpire.
