initial phone screen, then first round on campus, then a super day consisting of three 30-min interviews - behavioral, technical, and leadership. asked about prior internships, randomly got a brain teaser, and other basic technicals

what's the difference between levered and unlevered beta and how do you use each
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.
