Recruitment Head Interview It was a scheduled interview around 90 people had turned up for the open positions. 7 were shorlisted after the above interview rounds. After all the above rounds being positive I was initially informed that I would get an offer letter following day however my band could be of Asst. Manager instead of Manager since the experience is short by few months. However, three days later when I contacted Citi HR (was expecting them to inform though) I was told that inspite of positive feedback from all the above rounds I was not selected since they have only 3 positions and that business has chosen other candidates.
