through staffing agency, sent resume received phone shortly after asking preferences and information about job if i was interested in the position, next availability was verified and then staffing agency reached out to company and scheduled interview, company notified staffing agency of the offer and I was called i to fill out paperwork.

Entretien
I arrived 20 minutes early, which impressed the interviewing manager. Through the interview conversation I could tell the position has a high turnover rate. Lateness and behavior conduct was touched on numerous time in the interview along with trustworthiness. Manager gave me a clear understanding that corrective actions will be take if your are not up to production or following regulations which is understable. Followed by yearly the company will hire excellent preforming temps, which is how I obtain the interview through a temp agency. I left the interview well informed of my daily duties of the position and what is expected of me to work there.

Entretien
I interviewed with Randstad first and was set up with the interview with Citigroup as a temporary employee. The person I interviewed with was very friendly and interested in asking personal questions, but they also had a standard sheet of interview questions, like: where do you see yourself in 10 years, etc. There was a lot of security to get into the building.
