You have to fill in an application form online, which includes CV and i think cover letter. I applied for the women's programme, which apparently only has 1 interview. A lot of competency questions in interview.
Hire-Vue, it included several questions and 30 seconds in between to prepare and understand. Then 1 minute or 45 seconds to answer. You could stop before this, but you had to answer.

two phone interviews, one is general and the other one is industrial. booked the time a week in advance by email. basically are questions about why the division? what do you know about the division? hr was very nice, and they will ask questions from you at the end.

Entretien
I applied online and then received an email one week later to coordinate a time for a phone interview. Having done the phone interview, I received an email two weeks later stating that I had been successful in gaining a place in the programme. I cannot stress enough how important it is to know your CV! You will be tested on all aspects of it.
