Two phone interviews. Initial is with SVP and Director in Singapore which focused on skills such as software development competency, exposure to the business, motivation, etc... The second was a technical interview conducted by a software developer based in New York. Question focused on knowledge in SQL, Java, and Unix scripting.

First a 30 minute phone interview, they just ask you about your experience and for mine, since I was going for a java web position, they asked some basic OO concept questions, nothing too technical. Then an in person interview the following week, a little more talking about your resume, and a few more technical questions. Took about an hour for me. Got a call from recruiter 2 days later with an offer.
