Applied online, completed an online assessment and received a date for an interview. The interview was over zoom and only lasted 20 minutes. The interview was very casual - no technology-based questions other than why I wanted it and I heard back three weeks after the interview.

Why technology and why the Spring insight program in Citi?
Online application followed by an online assessment. Then two round of interviews. First one with HR and the second one with someone from the division. A mix of behavioral and technical questions.

Entretien
Quite straight forward just competancy questions for the first interview. Second one is more competancy and a mix of technical ones. Both interviewers were very nice even when my connection was really bad and took an hour to fix. Great experience!
