Just went through 1st round, had 2 interviews with 1 person each time on the trading floor. Very fit oriented, didn't receive any technical questions. Interviewers were traders/sales traders so they were also pretty busy at the time. Each lasted half an hour, though my 2nd one was cut a little short.
