Applied initially online, took an assessment test, was notified promptly that I passed and would be contacted by a recruiter. Next day recruiter contacted me, I missed the phone call, so I received an email from her, after following up with email, I contacted again was told information would be forwarded to local recruiters, and that was 2 days ago.

Mostly Behavior Type Questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer, and how did you handle it?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
