Entretien
This was an interview for their MBA summer associate program. First round was on campus, 2 30minute interviews. Both behavioural. Final round was at their HQ. 3 30minute interviews, behavioural and one group case. I liked that the interviews were not all the same questions, because then that would have been both boring and difficult having to repeated the same answers or look for new situational answers

Entretien
They made me have to count down from 20 to -40, I didn't understand how that was helpful for them to assess my skill. I think they wanted to see my reasoning and logic but still it felt very juvenile and not very accurate to my education and extensive career as a junior manager.
