Entretien
Initial phone screen with VP at the local office followed by an onsite interview with three people - 30 minutes each back-to-back. The phone screen was interesting, the interviewer was very aggressive in his explanation of the company - gave a good look into culture - seems like one of domination. The onsite interviews were not hard and went through fast. The HR, however, was unprofessional and did not follow up within the promised deadline.

1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
