Very simple and straightforward. You need to be personable because you'll be answering phone calls for your boss. Chances are that you'll be cold-calling (depends on the broker) so you might have to pitch a stock or an object. I was asked to pitch a stock. Other then that, it was all personality-based.

1 hour interview with team members talking about the team's products as well as current market trends. Was interviewed quite early but received negative answer very late into the process (around 2-3 months after the interview)

took 5 months to get my job approved. kept going back and forth on if they were going to offer the job or not. I was told they wanted me just had to get the budget approved.
