Employers used skype interviews are to narrow the pool of applicants who will be invited for in-person interviews. Usual interview questions, such as tell about about yourself etc. The job interview is a one-on-one interview between the applicant and the HR staff. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications.

Entretien
I applied to the Summer Assistant position online through Citigroup's Career website. I received a phone call from HR a few weeks later asking me to come in for an interview.
I interviewed with three people in total: Two VPS and one HR representative. All three interviewers asked me to run through my resume for them, delineating each job experience I had to determine whether I would be a good fit or not for the job. After my third interview, I was asked to take a basic MS Word and Excel skills proficiency test. Both were very simple and straightforward. Some of the tasks the tests asked me to perform were changing the font size, adjusting margins, etc.
I received a phone call a few days after my interview informing me that they wanted to hire me for the job.
