I remember there was 3 rounds. 1st with team manager, 2nd with tokyo team by phone, then 3rd with head. it was simple and fast, but interviewer were very nice. If you say you don't know about the answer if their question related to financial knowledge, they will ask you to research and tell them next time which was very impressed.
