J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (New Delhi) en avr. 2015
Entretien
It was mainly fit and motivation interview for about 30 minutes. The panel consisted of an HR and a senior banker, who recruited for his department. Overall it was a very positive experience and the interview was mainly fun and conversational.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
For Sales and Trading (Global Markets) role, a few market trends and indices were asked apart from discussion on CV and extra curricular activities.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
