J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi en oct. 2016
Entretien
I applied to the company through a recruiter. After handing in my application i had to wait for a week before the first phone interview took place. Here we scheduled a second phone interview. My initial impressions were that the company has very strict regulations in terms of the job interview process and formality plays a crucial role. After then, this second phone interview was all about my general skills and how i can manage to answer some of her unusual questions. It went all right and it lasted for around 20mins. Then, more than a week later i was called again where the recruiter invited me for a second interview. If i had been still available, it would have taken place a few days later. However I got a job offer in the meantime so i cancelled the whole interview process.

Why are you interested in the position?
Why do you think that you would be suitable for this role?
Could you tell me a bit about your programming skills? What languages do you use?

Some questions on basic probability theory, programming. We mostly talked about my career goals and I also asked them about the company, the role. All in all, the athmosphere was friendly, I recommend them.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (Budapest)
Entretien
The interview process had 3 stages and altogether took approximately 10 weeks..
First an interview with the local manager and the HR. The atmosphere was very friendly, the interviewers had very professional questions about my current status and what I imagine as a workplace.
Second round was 2 technical interviews with two developers separately. They were very collegial and showed high level of professionalism. Some of the questions were very hard, going into the deepest detail of C++, others were logic exercises.
The third round was a teleconference interview with the heads of MQA. They asked about certain scenarios / challenges at my (then) current workplace and projects I have done before and how I deal with them. It was a friendly discussion with a lot of interesting topics.
