I guess I picked a bad time to interview at Citi. The process was literally 5 months. I was told I had an offer. Never got the offer because of the layoffs going on. The recruiter… incompetent at best.

First a call with HR, a zoom interview with the hiring team, and another zoom interview with the bosses. They ask you to walk them through your resume and ask you questions specific to the role to see how you would handle certain situations and how you would fit in
